We had three season sunroom built by KH Exterior. From the initial meeting with David Costen to all the way to the project finish was a very pleasant experience. Due to Covid-19, it took awhile to get the sunroom material from the manufacturer but once it arrived the while project finished in a week. The crew was very professional and meticulous. They cleaned up the site very well after the project was complete. Their office staff Jessica and Dawn were very courteous and prompt in replying to our numerous calls and email inquiries. We had an issue with our flooring selection. We wanted Carolina pine but the vendor sent the wrong paperwork for a different selection. We signed on that and wrong flooring was ordered. Whenn we realized our mistake after flooring was delivered, we informed KH Exterior. Jessica contacted the vendor and sorted it out. She was able to get us the flooring we wanted on expedited order without costing us anything extra, even though it was our mistake. We wholeheartedly recommend KH Exteriors for their professionalism and craftsmanship.
We contacted 3 other contractors prior to calling KH to build a screen porch in replacement of our 30 year old deck. After speaking with the office personnel and meeting with David, we knew KH could do what we wanted. We couldn’t be more pleased. The porch is beautiful. Kelson and crew were outstanding and worked from sun up to sun down. Jessica and Dawn kept us up to date on everything and addressed any concerns (not many) very quickly. We strongly recommend them.
Great Company! I hired KH Exteriors and I couldn’t be happier. I have had a lot of work done on the outside of my house and wish I had used them for all of it. They gave me a great price and actually showed up when they said they were going to. Their workmanship and professionalism is top notch.
Over the last year and a half I have had KH Exteriors install a new French style door, a garage door, and replaced the siding on my house and their work is exceptional.
